LFE provides vocational training and assisted employment opportunities in our various services.
Community Connections offers comprehensive one on one support and group based activities. We will support you to build your capacity and independence in all aspects of your daily life, including in-home and social supports.
The Health and Wellbeing Center in Young has our participants training in activities that build skills to improve independence. They also attend activities within the community to build social skills and confidence.
LFE’s NDIS team are here to assist in all aspects of your NDIS journey.
Lambing Flat Enterprises was established in 1972 by a small group of community members who recognised the needs of local communities within the now Hilltops region, for services appropriate to people with a disability.
LFE has been in operation as a not for profit providing services, supported independent living and employment for disabled people in the Young region for more than 50 years. LFE is registered as Not-for-Profit, Benevolent Community organisation & Registered Charity Limited by Guarantee.
