Our Intake officers are here to help you and your family to better understand your NDIS plan and work with you to develop a support plan tailored to your needs.

Our Intake officers can help you:

• Understand your NDIS plan and budgets
• Develop a quote to assist you to work out what your plan can afford
• Develop service agreements for your chosen supports within LFE Community Supports
• Work with you to create an individualised support plan
• Introduce you to our various support departments, including Supported Employment, Community Connections, Supported Independent Living (SIL) and Day Activity Centres.
• We will take you through exactly how each relevant department can help you
• Don’t have an NDIS plan? We can assist you to take the first step!

We will meet with you to find out more about you – your interests, hobbies, goals, aspirations and how you feel we can support you best.
