Supported Employment (ADE’s)
LFE provides vocational training and supported employment (ADE) opportunities in:
- Our 2 shops in Young, – Meryls on the main Op shop, and Offbeat Rehomewares
- LFE’s Commercial Laundry services Hotels and other businesses from Canowindra to Junee, from West Wyalong to Yass.
- Outdoor Maintenance Teams
- Drink Run
- Administration and secure document destruction
Employees have the opportunity to learn an assortment of skills, these skills include work related aptitudes as well as gaining skills in social interaction, customer service, communication and responsibility needed in the work place. These skills then give the individual the opportunity to gain a position in open employment if desired.
