Position Vacant –Toward Recovery- PHaMS
Cootamundra
Toward Recovery Department requires a suitably experienced/qualified person to provide direct and personalised support to people with mental ill-health. PHaMS (Personal Helpers and Mentors) enables people to develop skills, confidence and connection with their community, under their NDIS individually funded plan.
Essential Criteria:
· Knowledge/experience of mental health issues
· Knowledge and commitment to working within a person centred, recovery oriented approach, to promote positive outcomes for people experiencing mental ill-health
· High degree of interpersonal skills, including: emotional intelligence and highly developed communication skills
